Order Processing & Shipping

You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase is complete.
Orders are custom made and typically ship within 5–7 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom made specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to incorrect size selections, style choices, design selections, or other ordering errors made at checkout.

If an item is missing from your order, KM Printing & Promotions may, at its discretion, provide a replacement after reviewing the claim.

If you receive an item that is defective, incorrectly printed, or different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Resolutions may include a replacement item or a credit or discount toward the affected item.
